Bandholm harbour

1998 - The East Quay was extended by about 50 metres giving a total quay length of 275 metres.  A new warehouse, constructed on reclaimed land north of the main silo,  has a capacity of about 12,000 tons.

1998 - The approach channel has been dredged to maintain the minimum depth of 5.80 metres.

1998 - Additionally parts of the port were dredged to a minimum depth of 5.80 metres.

1999 - Alfr: Hovmand moved back to it's original office on the habour, Havnepladsen 10, which housed the company from 1908 to 1982.

2002 - An additional silo was built, with a capacity of about 15.000 tons, which brings the total storage capacity in Bandholm upto about 90.000 tons.
